TERMS OF SALE (INDIAN MARKET) PRICES

Prices mentioned in the Price List are ruling at the time of printing of the Price List and subject to change without prior notice. Goods shall be invoiced at prices ruling on the date of dispatch.

TAXES AND DUTIES

The prices are inclusive of central excise duty/ Edu. cess wherever applicable sale tax, octroi duty, other duties and levies will be charged extra as applicable at the time of supply. For exemption of sales tax, excise duty and octroi exemption certificate should be sent along with order.

PAYMENTS

Payments are to be made by cheques or NEFT drawn on ‘ALPHA ESSENTICALS’ payable at Mumbai. In the event of payment through bank the customer has to retire the documents immediately on presentation of the documents by the bank. The interest @ 21% will be charged on all the payments received after due dates.

BULK REQUIREMENTS

Requirement/Enquiries for bulk packing and large quantities for any items will be considered.

STANDARD PACKING

The standard packing for essential oils are 15 ml
The standard packing for hair oil are 100 ml

INSURANCE

Goods are packed with utmost care and forwarded at customer’s risk. No responsibility is taken for breakages or loss in transit. Goods can be insured at the customer’s request at 1% of the invoice value. Charges for insurance will be made on the invoice itself.

FORCE MAJEURE

Notwithstanding whatever contained herein, in the event due to reasons beyond our control such as riots, strikes, civil commotion, shortage of raw materials, act of God, government restrictions, etc. we are prevented from making supplies, we or our authorized stockiest will not be liable for any penalization for delay or non-supply of the items.

GOODS RETURN

Cancellation of order received after dispatching the materials will not be considered. Rejection complains should be made within 7 days of our invoice date and after our approval you can return the goods as per our instruction since we have to face Excise difficulties and also pay heavy octroi etc.

All products are sold for HOME USE ONLY. We assume no responsibility if they are used as DRUGS, FOOD ADDITIVES.
